The Messages tab displays any error messages that occurred when N4 processed the selected truck visit, even if the trouble transaction has been resolved. When viewing the Messages tab in the Truck Visit Inspector, N4 displays error messages only for the selected truck visit, not the associated gate transaction errors.
If errors occurred when N4 processed the selected gate transaction and a clerk fixed the errors without saving a trouble transaction, then those error messages do not display on the Messages tab.
To view the error messages related to the individual gate transactions, use the Messages tab (on page 1) in the Gate Transaction Inspector (on page 1) for the gate transaction.
